I absolutely love this rod! it casts like a dream, even in difficult conditions. It is extremely accurate at both close and long distance casting situations, and has the backbone to fight even the toughest of fish with ease. I highly recommend this rod to anyone looking for a great 6wt combo.
Good value package...and I greatly appreciate that you served my request to spool the reel for right-hand retrieve. Heading to nothern Maine with this rig in the morning, to cast poppers and streamers to the prolific smallmouth bass.
