The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and should arrive in 3-10 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping Policy:
You must be logged into your Jackson Hole Fly Company account to receive free shipping.
Available only for shipping costs under $9.00
Free Shipping options are sent with the lowest cost shipping method to your delivery address.
Our Free Shipping is available in the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii in some cases.
Lightweight items (13 ounces or less) will be shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. This is trackable and normally arrives within two to four days. Heavier items ship via FedEx Ground® or UPS Ground. Delivery times range from one to five days, depending upon the distance to the destination.
Expedited shipping is available. For more information, contact us at info@JacksonHoleFlyCompany.com. Please note the increased rates for expedited shipping.
*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Jackson Hole Fly Company ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses may require an address correction charge and may be delayed.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Jackson Hole Fly Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages or Lost Orders:
Jackson Hole Fly Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or it was lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
