Jackson Hole Fly Company - Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Introduction
At Jackson Hole Fly Company, we prioritize customer satisfaction by offering a streamlined and hassle-free shopping experience. Through our dedicated Returns and Exchanges Portal, you can easily navigate the process of returning or exchanging items, ensuring a stress-free experience. Our policy accommodates items that are unused, in their original condition, and in their packaging.
Returns
Time Frame: Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges beyond this period.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In their original packaging
Non-returnable Items:
- Used apparel, hats, and hand-tied flies (except for defective products as a result of manufacturing errors)
- Print-on-Demand Items (except for defective products as a result of manufacturing errors)
- Gift cards
- Items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Inspection of Return: Returns are inspected upon receipt. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via our Returns and Exchanges Portal and an email .
Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days depending on your payment provider, and will be issued to the original payment method. Approved refunds are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which covers administrative costs.
Store Credit
Option for Additional Credit: You may opt for a store credit instead of a refund to receive an additional 10% of your item’s value. For instance, a $100 return would result in a $110 store credit.
Credit Issuance: Store credits are issued via email as a gift card code after our carrier receives the returned item.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective, the wrong color or size. For exchanges, please go to Returns and Exchanges Portal.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return once the item is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.

If you didn't sign up for the JHFLYCO order exchange and shipping protection you are responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Additional Shipping Information:
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
