The Beadhead Green Drake Nymph imitates the large olive-brown nymph of the Green Drake mayfly, weighted to fish the bottom where the naturals live and migrate before the famous hatch. A bulky olive body, dark wing case, tails, and a bead match the big drake nymph.

In the days before and during a Green Drake emergence, the migrating nymphs are a huge meal; a weighted drake nymph drifted deep is the way to fish the hatch from the bottom up.
