The White Deceiver is Lefty Kreh's legendary baitfish design at its most universal. A long white saddle tail flows behind a white bucktail collar, topped with a bronze-olive peacock back and silver flash, finished with a painted eye and red gill band. White matches more baitfish in more places than any other color—and the Deceiver platform makes it swim.
This is the fly to tie on when you don't know what the bait is, only that fish are eating it.
