The Glo Bug – Steelhead Orange is the namesake workhorse: a two-tone orange yarn egg with a deeper orange core, tuned to the color steelheaders trust above all others. If the egg box held one fly, this would be it.

Steelhead orange splits the difference between fresh-egg realism and stained-water visibility, which is why it produces from the first fall salmon eggs through the last spring drop. Dead-drift it through gravel runs, slots, and the soft water behind spawning fish.
