The Golden Stone Nymph imitates the large golden stonefly nymph that crawls the bottom of freestone rivers for years before hatching—a year-round mouthful trout never stop eating. A golden-tan segmented body, dark wing case, and biot tails and antennae capture the real nymph clinging to the rocks.

Golden stones are present in trout rivers every day of the year, so a big golden nymph drifted on the bottom is rarely the wrong call.
